A former professor of philosophy and ethics of care, obstetrics, neonatal and humanitarian nurse, turned artist, my artwork explores abstract expressionism, reflecting a passion for expressing humanity, the natural world, and social justice through art.
These, along with my experience as a mindfulness and meditation practitioner, have illuminated the vital importance of mental wellbeing—not as a mere buzzword, but as a fundamental need we must actively cultivate within ourselves and our communities.
Fascinated by how art can be used to support well-being, I aim to make art a subjective experience that draws on our shared human experiences, exploring themes of mind and healing, the human condition, social justice, and the experience of time.
The belief in the power of creativity to inspire and heal is embedded in every piece, inviting others to make their own meaning and connection to art.
